This format is aimed at organisations who either have limited numbers of people who have identified this training need or who have logistical and operating constraints that prevent them from bringing all participants under one roof.

The simulation and accompanying documentation is identical to that used in the in-house version. The only difference is that the facilitator’s input is received before each round and at the end of the simulation by email rather than ‘live’.

The learning areas are the same in this format as for the in-house version (except that the relaxing of time constraints alters the dynamics of the decision-making process). The format allows team members to work on their decisions whilst on different sites, in different countries or even on different continents!

Clients may choose to run as many as eight teams or as few as one. Where a small number of teams is required, clients may pitch their team against those of other organisations in one of our competitions or against the computer.
