This format is for organisations who want their people to develop their general business acumen but who are after something intensive, competitive and fun. It is ideally suited to being a component within an annual management conference.
In this shortened format, only three decision rounds are completed and it is assumed that participants will already have some familiarity with financial data. Explanations will still appear at the click of a mouse or the flick of a booklet but the facilitator will be a peripheral figure until the final review of the simulation.
