We've been delighted to work with all of these organisations...

Which of your colleagues (or candidates) should be behind bars?

Virtual Village Pub is the business simulation that uses the familiar setting of a pub to develop people’s business acumen and their confidence in dealing with financial and marketing data.

This business simulation has helped more than 6000 managers and graduate trainees to understand what drives the financial performance of an organisation and how that performance is reported.

Available as a one-day workshop or a half-day event, Virtual Village Pub provides a memorable and engaging learning experience.

Programmes can be delivered both face-to-face and online, using Microsoft Teams and its breakout room function.

We have also developed a one-hour exercise for Assessment Centres, where teams can be closely observed grappling with the scenario and agreeing a single set of decisions, before a brief review is presented.

All three formats can be self-facilitated with full training support.

“Excellent course - engaging, informative and I strongly suspect it will be memorable”

    -  Chris Gallagher, ComputaCenter plc

"I really enjoyed this program. Certainly a good way to trigger commercial thinking and to learn and understand the essentials of the financial and commercial world."

 -  Vaidas B, Fleet Engineer, Abellio

"I thought this was a brilliant course and really enjoyed the interactivity throughout the day, which kept the whole group engaged and focused. I appreciated that the trainer had amended the content to reflect the mutuality of Benenden and how that differs from a profit-making company."

 -  Tor Petersen, Benenden Health

"I would definitely highly recommend this virtual pub experience to any students and professionals looking to expand their knowledge on accounting.

 -  Ismail Yusuf, Data Analyst, Chubb UK
